Three Weavers Brewing Company is a craft brewery based in Inglewood, California.  Founded in 2013, we are deeply rooted in the concept of responsibility - to our environment, to our industry, to our community, and to our team. Three Weavers exists to share our love and appreciation of beer with the world - join us and become a member of our community.

Controller - Inglewood, CA

Founded in 2013, Three Weavers Brewing Company is one of the largest independent craft breweries in Los Angeles County. To support our growth and future expansion, Three Weavers is looking for a Controller to join our team. Reporting directly to Three Weavers Founder & CEO, you are an accounting expert that puts the control in Controller. You have an obsession for spreadsheets, graphs and charts and your reports are not only accurate, they are perfectly designed. You have a keen understanding of cool acronyms, like SAP, ERP, GAAP, IFRS, TTB, BOE and CPA, and may even have an MBA. You certainly love numbers. You own the bottom line yet come alive when reading between the lines, decimals, and commas to tell us what the digits really mean. You pride yourself on being both analytical and creative in your problem solving, and never forget that your backbone is attached for a reason. You excel when working with a team and rise to the challenge if you need to go solo on an important initiative. You certainly love slicing and dicing the data to contribute to running a healthy and profitable Brewery yet also believe in working for a company with a higher purpose.

The Three Weavers Controller of our dreams exceeds this excruciatingly long list of responsibilities and qualifications. If you love craft beer, believe in building a positive sense of community and want to be part of a team with big plans and even bigger dreams, then we want to hear from you.
