A message from Lynne Weaver, Founder of Three Weavers Brewing Company
We are very excited at the opportunity to join CANarchy. As our mission has always been about creating community through our passion for craft beer, we want to remain true to both our craft beer community and our own independence. CANarchy is a collective of leading regional breweries across the U.S. that have banded together to maintain their brands, brewing philosophy, and independence while supporting each other in their respective growth initiatives.
Three Weavers bought 100% into CANarchy and all they have to offer. In our 5 years of building Three Weavers, we have learned that brewing craft beer and sharing it with our local community is incredibly rewarding and awesome. We are so thankful for the opportunity to do what we love. I have also learned that managing a rapidly growing brewery is hard. Very hard. Our journey to succeed as a brewery, which entailed the hard work and perseverance of our entire team, brought us to this unexpected opportunity with CANarchy. The decision to partner with CANarchy was easy.
Here’s why. To date, I have been able to guide our rapid growth. Yet, it's important to remember that like most brewery founders, I have never done this before. I have never led a brewery with 24 employees that makes thousands of barrels of beers per year. This has been a true on the job learning experience where I have applied my knowledge and strengths to the best of my ability. And luckily, we have done well. As we looked forward, we wanted to find a strategic partner that would help us continue to do what we love (brew craft beer that people love to drink!) and help us grow (expanding production and distribution) without compromising our quality or our community-based values. As a Founder, I want to provide better benefits to our deserving employees. And if you know the Three Weavers team, we were also looking for a partner who would appreciate our brewery's crazy family culture… (with an emphasize on the crazy part). Finally, we wanted a partner that could share their expertise and knowledge as we continue to expand our production abilities and craft beer offerings.
